I brought my car in for an oil change somewhere else and unbeknownst to me with a smoking positive terminal to my battery. I called 2 guys and they were thankfully able to get me in to fix it. It was the end of their long day and even when it turned out to be a little more than anticipated they all remained positive and lighthearted. I would trust them for anything in the future. Yes, the price was great but nothing beats kind, honest, professional and knowledgeable. Thank you guy's so very much and it was a pleasure to meet each of you.

he came to the house and was only supposed to diagnose one vehicle but I had a lot of questions and very quick response and very good team to work with. I am DEFINITELY going to be a returning customer. it's hard to find a decent mechanic that won't rip you off and was very honest and direct on what was wrong with my vehicles. not only that but he put tires on my van and fix my muffler so I could drive that at least while I work on getting my truck fixed

Kevin did the work on my daughter's van, at her home. Wheel bearings, rotors, pads on both front sides of 2010 Chrysler van. All completed in 2 hours 30 min. Van drives perfectly. No noise, never stopped this well.

Kevin is one of the most honest and knowledgeable mechanics I have ever worked with. He took the time to thoroughly explain what was going on with my vehicle and made sure I understood the issue before doing any work. What I appreciated most was that he didn't try to upsell anything unnecessary. He focused on what actually needed to be fixed and was very fair with pricing. It's rare to find someone who is both highly skilled and genuinely trustworthy. If you're looking for a mechanic who cares about doing the job right and treating customers honestly, I highly recommend Kevin.

FAQ

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Always. We run the diagnostic, explain what we found, show you the parts or labor involved, and give you a fair price. You approve the work before we touch anything.

We take walk-ins when we can, but an appointment keeps you from waiting.

Could be a loose gas cap, a bad sensor, a catalytic converter issue, or a misfiring cylinder. We scan it, decode the error and tell you what it really means. Some fixes are cheap, some cost more.

Most cars get 50,000 to 70,000 miles from a set. If you hear squealing or grinding, or if your pedal feels soft, have us check. We'll tell you if you need them now or can wait.

Check your owner's manual. Many newer cars go 7,500 to 10,000 miles between changes. Older vehicles may need every 5,000 miles. Bring it in when you're due.

We handle domestic and import cars, trucks and vans. If you're unsure, call with your year, make and model and we'll let you know what we can do.

Yes. If you'd rather have us diagnose or repair at your home, call and we'll arrange it. Some jobs work better at the shop, but we're flexible.

Serving Adams

Adams grew up as a railroad town, and rail lines still run through it alongside Highway 13. It is the larger of the two neighboring villages and the main commercial strip for much of Adams County, with homes, small businesses and farms spread across flat, sandy land. Plenty of people here drive two-lane highways to jobs in other towns, and winters bring snow, salt and frost heaves. Long commutes and rough spring roads add up to steady wear on tires, brakes and front-end parts, and cold snaps are hard on batteries. Gravel shoulders and farm traffic on the county roads add chips, punctures and loose hardware to the list.

Areas of Adams we serve

  • Adams-Friendship High School
  • Wisconsin Highway 13

Why Adams customers need this work

With miles between towns, most households here depend on their vehicles every day, and a lot of those vehicles are trucks, SUVs and vans. Highway miles wear through brake pads and tires, potholes after the spring thaw knock alignment out and wear struts and bearings, and salt eats at exhaust systems. Regular oil changes and an early look at a new noise keep small problems from turning into a tow and a much bigger repair. Catching a soft brake pedal early matters too.

Recent work in the Adams area

  • 01.Wheel bearing replacement after a growl at highway speed
  • 02.New tires mounted and balanced
  • 03.Oil change with a battery and belt check
