I brought my car in for an oil change somewhere else and unbeknownst to me with a smoking positive terminal to my battery. I called 2 guys and they were thankfully able to get me in to fix it. It was the end of their long day and even when it turned out to be a little more than anticipated they all remained positive and lighthearted. I would trust them for anything in the future. Yes, the price was great but nothing beats kind, honest, professional and knowledgeable. Thank you guy's so very much and it was a pleasure to meet each of you.

Common questions and tips from our work with Friendship customers.
- Why is my car suddenly so loud?
- A sudden roar or rumble usually means a hole in the muffler or a pipe, a broken joint, or a failed gasket at the manifold. A rattle under the car is often a loose heat shield or a broken hanger. All of these are visible with the car raised, so an inspection shows what you are dealing with.
- Is an exhaust leak dangerous to drive with?
- It can be. Exhaust contains carbon monoxide, and a leak ahead of the cabin can let fumes in, especially when sitting still with the windows up. If you smell exhaust inside the car, or feel drowsy or get a headache while driving, open the windows and get it inspected.
Tip
Road salt is hard on exhaust systems
Winter road salt and moisture eat at pipes, clamps and hangers from the outside, while short trips leave condensation that rusts the muffler from the inside. Rinsing the underside of the vehicle after winter and driving long enough to fully warm the engine both help the system last.
