I brought my car in for an oil change somewhere else and unbeknownst to me with a smoking positive terminal to my battery. I called 2 guys and they were thankfully able to get me in to fix it. It was the end of their long day and even when it turned out to be a little more than anticipated they all remained positive and lighthearted. I would trust them for anything in the future. Yes, the price was great but nothing beats kind, honest, professional and knowledgeable. Thank you guy's so very much and it was a pleasure to meet each of you.

Common questions and tips from our work with Friendship customers.
- What are the signs my brakes need work?
- Listen for squealing or grinding, and pay attention to how the pedal feels. A soft or sinking pedal, a pull to one side, or a shake in the steering wheel when you stop all point to worn pads, warped rotors or a fluid problem. Have it checked before a simple pad job turns into a rotor job.
- Do I need new rotors every time I replace pads?
- Not always. Rotors wear too, and if they are below minimum thickness, scored or warped, new pads will not seat well on them. If they measure within spec and run true, they can stay. We measure them and show you what we find before we recommend anything.
Tip
Brake fluid needs attention too
Brake fluid absorbs moisture over time, which lowers its boiling point and can corrode lines from the inside. Dark or cloudy fluid is a sign it is due. Check your owner's manual for the flush interval and ask us to look at the fluid during any brake inspection.
