I brought my car in for an oil change somewhere else and unbeknownst to me with a smoking positive terminal to my battery. I called 2 guys and they were thankfully able to get me in to fix it. It was the end of their long day and even when it turned out to be a little more than anticipated they all remained positive and lighthearted. I would trust them for anything in the future. Yes, the price was great but nothing beats kind, honest, professional and knowledgeable. Thank you guy's so very much and it was a pleasure to meet each of you.

Common questions and tips from our work with Friendship customers.
- What does a bad wheel bearing sound like?
- Usually a hum or growl that gets louder with speed and may change pitch as you turn one way or the other. Left alone, a worn bearing can get loose enough to affect steering and braking, so it is worth having checked as soon as you notice the noise.
- How do I know if my struts or shocks are worn?
- Watch for a bouncy ride after bumps, the nose diving when you brake, the body leaning hard in turns, or fluid leaking down the strut body. Worn struts also cause cupped tire wear. A bounce test and a visual inspection with the vehicle raised tell us a lot.
Tip
Rough roads wear out front ends faster
Potholes from freeze and thaw cycles, gravel roads and frost heaves put extra stress on ball joints, tie rods and bearings. If your steering wheel sits off center or the vehicle drifts after a hard hit, have the front end checked before it wears out a set of tires.
